Sigil Finance provides bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable management, catch-up bookkeeping, and financial reporting services to business clients. The specific scope of services is defined in your service agreement or engagement letter.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and access to accounts, records, and documents reasonably necessary for us to perform our services. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect the accuracy and timeliness of our work.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for our services are set out in your service agreement or on our Pricing page. Fees are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed, and are due according to the payment terms specified at signup. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your financial and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform our services, as authorized by you, or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Sigil Finance or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Any reports, templates, or work product we create for you as part of our services are yours to use for your business.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to deliver accurate bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting work, Sigil Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice terms specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees, and we will provide reasonable assistance transitioning your records.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
